My youngest is having friends over today and I was going to make my pizza dough and then roll out individual crusts for the boys...now I'm using Grands biscuits. Why have I never thought of that? Talk about a time saver and this way the boys will be able to roll, or squish, their own crusts. Clean up will be a breeze.
I don't remember who all posted that idea but thank you.

When in a pinch and we didn't have english muffins or raisin rounds, we toasted bread then put the pizza makins on it. by toasting the bread first it didn't get soggy from the sauce, yum! . annaskf

Jill722, WOW , you made pizza with "english muffins"? Other then our family, your the first one I've heard of that done that, . In the '70's, I kept them, spaghette sauce, cheese, and pepperoni on hand all of the time. My youngest even liked to use raisin rounds. annaskf

When I was little my mom would let us make pizzas using English Muffins. And we could add any toppings that we wanted. When I was a Brownie Leader I let my troop make their own pizzas using a flour taco shell. My 14 yr old son loves to cook and his favorite mini pizza is to use the Grands Biscuits and then he uses string string torn in thirds to make a personal stuffed crust pizza. They are yummy!

The mini-individual pizzas that you can make with the refrigerated biscuit dough is what we've done for many a birthday party. The kids LOVE it. I usually put parchment paper on cookie sheets, then write each child's name in pencil next to their pizza creation. Otherwise, they all look alike when they come out of the oven!

A fun twist on that is to buy the refrigerated biscuit dough and squish it flat. Then have the kids add whatever they want for toppings. My boys love doing this.

I like to involve my kids in weekend cooking. I typically have more time on the weekends to prepare the meals and it's always fun to involve the kids. I think this weekend we'll do a "Make Your Own Pizza Nite." I will make (or buy!!) the dough and the kids can add their favorite toppings. Goes great with a tossed salad.
