janaride,Thats sounds like a great ideal, I'am going to ry it! How dose it taste reheated? I make something close, it's a "cheesebuger meatloaf" and dose taste just like a cheesebuger! Thanks,annakskf

Pizza Meatloaf

1 pound ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 Tablespoonful ketchup

Mix together. Make 1/2 mixture into large patty.
Place on Pam sprayed pan.

On top of patty, place shreaded mozarilla Cheese.
Add a little Bottle Pizza sauce on top of that.

Make the second large patty and place on top and
try to seal it around the cheese to the bottom meat
mixture.

Add some water to the bottom of the pan, just enough
to keep bottom slightly moist.

Cover and cook for about 1/2 hour at 350 degree F.
Take cover off and place More Pizza sauce on top,
Mushrooms, and more cheese. Cook uncovered
for about another 1/2 hour.
