That angelfire link is a good one- it is based off the "food for fifty" software. You can also just type those key words into google and other sites will pop up that let you calculate recipes based off the 50 person base. Very helpful for large parties. Good luck and have fun!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! That was a HUGE help. I am due to go shopping with the ex (we actually get along great although that fact alone gives my poor husband the willies!) on Friday. I copied some of the recipes and have a much better picture of quantities now. I really appreciate your help. Thanks again and take care! Theresa

I have some wonderful sites that do group cooking information but Kraft will delete them soon so grab them fast.

http://www.angelfire.com/bc/incredible/foodservicelist.html

http://www.members.tripod.com/~lotsofinfo/index.html

Check them out fast the second one is the best and I got this link from someone here at Kraft Foods before it was deleted from them.

How much do I make?

Hello all! Any help that you could come up with would be so much appreciated. My stepdaughter recruited me to "help" with her brothers graduation party thrown by her mother (my husbands ex). I figured that would entail making a dish or some cookies. After talking to her mother it turns out that my dear daughter volunteered me to prepare all of the food! OK, I don't mind because I love to cook but there will be about 100 to 150 people there. I have never cooked that large of a quantity before and I don't see it as a problem but my question is this...how much do I make? We are having a basic pasta in red sauce, meatballs and sausage in sauce but in a different container for those who are vegetarians, salad, bread and watermelon. Help please! Thanks, Theresa
