Great southern dish for a cold day or for your slumber party.

2 packages crawfish tail with fat
1 bunch shallots (cleaned and chopped fine)
1 stick real butter

1 package Philadelphia Cream Cheese
3 cans cream mushroom soup
3 cans cream of potato soup
1 quart half and half
red pepper to taste

3 cans whole kernel corn (drained)

In a frying pan add first 3 ingredients, saute for 10 minutes, set aside.

In a separate medium size pot add the remaining ingredients (except corn) and cook on low/ medium heat until smooth (no lumps in cream cheese). Stir every few minutes so mixture does not stick to bottom of the pot. “ DO NOT BOIL”. This will take about 20 minutes.

Add ingredients from frying pan and 3 cans of drained whole kernel corn to soup mixture. Stir well and simmer for 20 minutes on low/medium heat, stirring occasionally. "Do NOT BOIL"
Turn off heat and keep covered until ready to eat.

Better when eaten same day.
Do not freeze.

Enjoy

There is a party menu for adults and other recipes you might like. Is it for boys or girls?

A few of my friends from High school get together each month and do something different. This month I'm hosting a "Slumber Party" I was wondering if anyone had any good ideas for food... Oh, it's ahalloween themed night as well! Any info for drinks, food, decorations... anything..... would be greatly appreciated!
