There are a lot of different meals in the planner. I never counted how many recipes there are but I don't think it is so few you would get sick of any one meal. If there is anything you really don't like there is also the option of changing from the suggested recipe - I have also added a lot of my favorite meals to the plan (with nutrition information to keep the numbers it was showing valid) as well as used the substitutes available for the meal plan.

Annaskf, the meal planner is under the "Healthy Living " tab at the top of the page. On that page you will find "Meal & Fitness Planner" which has a lot of tools to help eat a healthy diet including a "Meal Plan" and a "Fitness Plan" journals and other tools for health. You should check it out. It's kind of fun to not have to worry about what to make for a meal and it sure is handy for those times when you are just sick of deciding what to make.

Hi reash, I didn't know about the "meal plans", where did you get it? If It will last a month or two, I wouldn't think it would get old?:|, don't we pretty much eat the same foods over and over? thanks, annaskf

Do meal plan options change?

Hi everyone,

I started trying out the meal plan last week, and so far, I love it! I hate planning meals, and this makes it easy to shop, eat healthy, and to top it all off, I'm losing weight already.

I'd like to stick to the program, but I'm wondering if the meal choices ever change. There's enough there to keep me trying new things for a month or two, but eventually I worry that these recipes will get old. Do they add new recipes from time to time?
