New with Wobbly bits

Posted: Oct 28, 2006 8:09 PM
Hi everyone, I turned 35 a few days ago and realised all I have to show is my wobbly bits if you know what I mean. I know I need more exercise than just rolling out of bed in the morning ;) it's just getting started you know? sigh I just have to bc I'm so sick of the wobbles and I want to feel healthy. I'm really glad I found this place and hope this will help me stay focused.
