I like this recipe a lot because my husband likes Alfredo sauce but it's not one of my favorites, especially the very heavy Alfredo sauces you get so often. Sunday I sauteed some squash, onions and mushrooms and added those to the recipe. It was great, and it pleased us both.

Does anyone know where I can find a "healthy" version" of Fettuccini Alfredo? One that uses light cream cheese and less butter? Thanks!!!
