German Potato Salad is very good (and can be served warm or cold). It traditionally does not use mayo. Here is a link for a basic recipe, but there are thousands of variations out there!

You could also experiment with using sour cream and/or yogurt cheese (made from straining yogurt over night) instead of mayo. The addition of mustard and seasonings such as Italian dressing should help to punch up the flavor.

scratch that, do not use regular Mayo. Real Mayo has a bad taste. Forget what I said earlier.

As she stated in her post, she is allergic to eggs. Real mayo has egg in it, therefore she is allergic to it.

Use a vinaigrette -- oil, vinegar, mustard and salt. maybe a pinch of sugar.

Potato salad dressing

I am looking for a recipe for mustard potato salad dressing that does not contain eggs. i am allergic to eggs and the grocery store in my area no longer carries soy mayonaise. i would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you
