I use a grill-pan. Usually I cook mini-hot dogs on it.

I have a George Foreman grill and love it. There is no grease on the hot dogs or turkey franks.

You can also buy range top grills that turn your stove top into an indoor grill. The thing to keep in mind is that with all grilling, there will be a good amount of smoke...make sure you have appropriate ventilation.

Hi! You can use a "George Foreman" Grill. It comes in many sizes and has the benefit of draining the fat in your meats into the grease trap. You don't necessarily have to buy the name brand, I just can't think of what to call it. They also have the iron flat skillets that you place over your burners. We live in Michigan so we cannot grill for many many months outside. We cook most in the oven. Have fun with the website!
