Here's my 2 cents, having been in the same situation and NOT really liking green pepper....Make stuffed peppers, stuff and bake as many as you can, they freeze GREAT. I hesitate to give you my stuffed pepper recipe because it's different every time. BUT, they do freeze very well, truly. Just find a stuffed pepper recipe you think you like and go for it. Mine ALWAYS includes some type of browned up ground meat w/onions & peppers & garlic, and then you are on your own... cheese, crumbs, rice, whatever.. BUT they freeze WAY GOOD>>>>>

Or maybe she is thinking of habanero peppers. They look like small bell peppers and are one of the hottest peppers out there.

you can also roast them and jar them for the freezer, keep some of them whole, so you can stuff them.

Dice them as you would for salsa or chili and just throw them in the freezer in sandwich bags. This way you have diced peppers all winter long for soups, chili, etc.

I have an abundance of peppers in my garden and I'm not sure what to do with all of them . Any advice?
Thanks.
