Hi Jenn4448, what state do you live in? Most states it's not legal to sell out dated food, maybe you should report the store to the Health Dept. Anyhow, all of the answers are correct. However I would taste it, maybe even use what I needed ( right then) if it's good and still take it back. After all, if you don't use all of it at one time, it's just going to get older! . annakf

Is it a sell by date or an expiration date? If it's a sell by date as long as you bought it before then you can eat it years later. Since you bought it after the date it's no good.

I hope your right kopperhead because I found an expired case at Big Lots for real cheap last month and I eat it for breakfast everyday with salami on weekends. It tastes fine and the color is real good like the normal color.

Easy Cheese isn't real cheese so you'll probably be ok eating it.
It's really food grade plastic. I don't think it goes bad.

I would take it back to the store and ask for a refund. Why are they selling outdated products?

I'd take it back just in case. It's pretty crummy your store was still selling stuff that expired two months ago.
You could try some first to see if you like it though and if you don't just take it back and it's like a free sample and you still get your money back because it's old.
