Hello Kraft Community, we are very excited to share some great news with you. As loyal Kraft Community members we have heard your desire to do more fun things in the community and we are happy to announce in January 2010 we will be making some changes so you can connect and share food ideas in more ways than ever!
We want to let you know we will not be transferring the existing discussions to the new enhanced message boards so if there are discussions that you would like to save please make sure to either print them or copy and paste into a document that you can save to your personal files.
We will remind you again before the transition occurs but wanted to let you in on the exciting news!!

I just checked out the recipe of the day at Chef to the Rescue. Mediterannean salmon? There hasn't been a salmon in the Mediterannean since the tutonic plates separated.

Umm...sorry ChefCaine, but I saw that recipe, and no self-respecting southerner would use all those "exotic" ingredients. Corn meal was just an afterthought, which in true southern cooking is the STAR -- we would never muck it up with all that other stuff.
To address the original poster, I have a feeling this recipe involves corn flakes or some other bogus "coating." Don't do it. Ever.

I LOVE the recipes on that site. They are amazing. It is nice to have recipes that are a little different than the standard kraft recipes. And Cat is so great. I showed my friend who never cooks and laughs at me for making Kraft recipes and she is now hooked!

I recently saw a video on msn.com which featured a healthier Kraft Recipe, "fried" chicken. Now I can't seem to find the link - anyone else seen this Cat Cora video? Thx!
