I've found if I rub the stain with my husband's planters wart that it will lift right out with a damp sponge. I'm sure that thing will be getting quite a work out after today's party. The boys are already dropping wing bones on the media room carpet as I type! I'm in for a real mess when they dive into the venison/antelope chili for kickoff! Hope this tip helps!

She probably doesn't want to have a big mess to clean up. Antelope meat can make horrible stains on carpeting that are impossible to get out. Just what she needs in her new house!
Lottie, you are welcome to come to my house. My carpet is already stained.

I'm trying to get my friend to host a superbowl party in her gorgeous new house, but she's agorophobic and doesn't eat antelope meat.

You could also make little bites of antelope meat on party breads. It's different, and a novelty for some people.

Breaded, deep fried calamari with a nice marinara dipping sauce.

And those jalepeno poppers on the other post are excellent. Any uncooked left overs freeze nicely too. Last time I made them I intentionally made extra to freeze. I have also mixed parm. cheese with the cream cheese for the filling and if any was left over in the freezer it went and is ready to use next time I need to make them.

BLT Dip is easy and delicous. 1 Lb bacon 1 Cup mayo 1 Cup sour cream Diced tomatoes toast points (crackers can work as well)
Cut uncooked strips of bacon into small pieces. Fry until crisp. Drain and let cool. Mix the mayo and sopur cream together. Crumble the bacon pieces when cooled and add to the mayo & sour cream mixture. Refrigerate until ready to use and then add the diced tomatoes immediately prior to serving.
For toast points, toast as many pieces of bread as you will think you need and cut them diagonally into triangles. Then put them in a paper bag to help keep them crunchy.
This goes over very well no matter where I take it and is very easy to prepare and can be prepared a day ahead of time. Just don't add the tomatoes until prior to severing.

I have posted this before but I am telling you couldn't get more compliments than you do with this recipe. Take as many jalapenos as you want cut in half and deseed(is that a word??) and then fill with cream cheese and wrap with thick-sliced bacon and put in the oven at 350 until bacon is good and crispy... These are AWESOME... Also for my sister's baby shower I made bacon pinwheels, on this website, well sort of... all I did was take cresent rolls and roll them out and the fill with chive and onion cream cheese and precooked crumbled bacon and rolled them up and cooked them at whatever temp the package says until brown... WONDERFUL

Get a package of "Little Smokies", put them in a small casserole dish, add some Kraft Barbeque Sauce and microwave till hot. We take them to football gatherings, and everyone likes them.
