The Holiday '09 issue of food&family began arriving in homes on October 26th. We ask that you please wait 10-14 days to receive it. If at that time you have not received your Holiday '09 magazine, please send us an email by clicking here or call us at 1-800-521-4403, and we will be more than happy to assist you. If you have subscribed recently, it could take between 8-10 weeks for delivery.

The food & family magazine has been part of so many of our loyal consumers lives that we didn’t want to have to stop printing it. The nominal fee helps us continue the printed edition as well as enhance the great recipe and food ideas you’ve come to love from us. There are also other wonderful ways to enjoy the magazine content and more - we have a Recipes-By-Email program, www.kraftfoods.com, and the online edition of Food & Family magazine too – all for free.

You can always go the top of the main page and click on food and family Archive and look at the magazine that way. I know it's not the same but at least it's something.

I agree with you 100% Ever since Hurricane Katrina 2005 I have not received the magazine. I would liove to know what's going on. I love it, but I guess I will have to stick to reading it online.

I agree. I have been a member for several years. I did not receive the last magazine. I received the one previously and did not receive the 2 prior to that. The 3 years I received them regularly. It seems the past 2 years it is hit or miss ... what has happened? My daughter and daughter-in-law have received theirs. I miss my magazines!!! HELP!

This is happening to me also. My daughter gets her magazine, I email Kraft, they say it has been mailed and to wait two weeks, I do and still nothing arrives in my rural route box. I have been blaming my mail lady of stealing my magazine, but reading other emails about the same thing, I wonder where they are all going. I wish they would get this straightened out soon. I love the internet, but still in the dark ages with dial up and it just takes to long to find a recipe and print it. I MISS my magazine that I could lay on my counter and browse through or cook from.

I have the same problem. I have emailed Kraft a couple of times and still no magazine. My daughter tells me when she has gotten her latest issue and I wait till she's done with hers so I can see what is in it. It is too bad there are a bunch of us who all have the same problem. Hopefully things will get straightened out soon.

I have called and emailed Kraft several times, they say I am on the mailing list and will receive the next issue! NOT!!!
I'm still waiting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received the magazines for a couple of years before I had a computer, so, I don't think lack of one is the reason your friend isn't getting them.

I have moved about a year ago and some the magazines come and some don't. The ones that don't show up are always the best ones of course. I love my magazines. I make my meals around these magazines. Hopefully I don't miss anymore issues of the magazine.:_|

I have a friend that has been receiving Food & Family Magazine, and now she does not receive them. She has no computer. Does that make a difference, being that she is not on the internet, she isn't getting her issues?
Why is that?

The same happen to me since i moved, I did not receive my magazines, . Did you change your address in your profile?

I did change my profile and all my new information but it didn't work.

I want to know what happen ?

2. call or email kraft directly and they'll take care of it. they can't get your info off these boards...

What happen to my magazines

Well I,ve been a member of Kraft Foods for yearsss and since I've moved I haven't been receiving my magazines. Can someone please tell me what's going on?? I really look forward to them but is let down. My co- worker gets them and she tells me everytime a new one comes to her house. I have already called in about this matter and did get one but none sense then. PLEASE HELP. I LOVE THESE MAGAZINES.
