The Holiday '09 issue of food&family began arriving in homes on October 26th. We ask that you please wait 10-14 days to receive it. If at that time you have not received your Holiday '09 magazine, please send us an email by clicking here or call us at 1-800-521-4403, and we will be more than happy to assist you. If you have subscribed recently, it could take between 8-10 weeks for delivery.

The food & family magazine has been part of so many of our loyal consumers lives that we didn’t want to have to stop printing it. The nominal fee helps us continue the printed edition as well as enhance the great recipe and food ideas you’ve come to love from us. There are also other wonderful ways to enjoy the magazine content and more - we have a Recipes-By-Email program, www.kraftfoods.com, and the online edition of Food & Family magazine too – all for free.

I moved last May and updated my profile then. In January I still hadn't received anything so I emailed them. They directed me to update my profile (again). I did... now it's June and still no magazines. I've been without them for over a year!!!

According to the FAQ about delay time, it could be 8-12 weeks, which probably means you will get the next issue.

Actually, that doesn't work. I have updated my profile twice, called the company twice and still hafve not received anything. Not only that but I don't receive e-mail either. No new receipes or anything. IOt has been over a month and a half.:O

Go to Profilee and update your info. There is a section thats asks about recieving the magazine.

I also have not gotten the magazines. How can I get back on the mailing list? There are some GREAT recipes in there that I have tried in the past and would like to continue.

I was at my friends house the other day and she showed the new magazine for summer and I realized I havent received a food & family mag since 2007 but i have been getting these shortcut mags and don't remember ever asking for them and if I had to choose would prefer the original magazine. Is there any way to get that magazine back????

I requested to stop getting Simple Shortcuts (which I don't remember ever asking for) and start getting The Food and Family magizine again. It's been over a month and I haven't receved anything. What happened?

I moves back in November 07 and I changes my addy right away and I still have not received any magazines either? What could I do? I miss them...

As for why you haven't recieved it, I'm not really sure. I'll make sure to add the problem to my report so they're aware of it.

:( I really miss getting my magazines. I look forward to reading the recipes. My friend gets her magazine faithfully. I on the other hand have not had one all of 2008 Dago chef.

I have not received any magazines all of 2008. I really enjoy getting and reading the magazine and would greatly appreciate to start receiving the magaziane again. Looking forward to my next issue.:(
