I am so upset with Kraft for charging us for their magazine. My Wife received it for free and we both loved looking through it for new products and ideas. We would buy Kraft products to create the dishes that were shown in the magazine but like everyone else we will NOT pay for Kraft's advertising ploy.
Kraft, if you are reading this please provide your magazine to your customers free of charge again. I believe that the good will you generate will more then pay for the expense of printing and distributing "Kraft Food & Family".
Please send the free subscription to K. Gable in Marietta, Pa.
Thank you,
Disappointed in Pa.

Guessing Kraft must have a computer or some mindless, disconnected bean counter who knows NOTHING about customer service/care/loyalty!! Why would ANYONE PAY for a magazine with nothing but it's OWN advertising???
Better get back to the board room with this decision, Kraft!

No way, EVER, will I pay for a company run magazine that has nothing but advertisments for their own products. I hope no one else will pay for it either... save a tree, look up recipes online and send Kraft a message that if they really want us to use their products we should not have to pay them for a magazine... isn't the money they make off of our purchases enough?

There is no way I will pay for this magazine! I liked it when I got it...apparently it was supposed to be quarterly? I think over the past 3 years since I signed up for it I have only received it 4 or 5 times. The one issue I got this year was the one with the invoice to charge me for it (imagine that!) and I was soooo disappointed by how poor the magazine had become. I think there was only 1 recipe of the handful in the magazine I was even willing to try. And I quickly got tired of all the full-page ads throughout the magazine. It's one thing to read around them if the mag is free, but an entirely different thing the pay for what amounts to almost nothing of substance.

NO way! I'm not paying to have advertisement sent to me.
You don't even have enough coupons in it to cover the cost.
Their are plenty of magazines out their that have recipes and not a magazine full of advertisements. Got my invoice today
and didn't even have an explanation why it was going to be charged for? How may issues is it now? When does it start? I felt like the invoice was sent in a sneaky way, thinking I wouldn't notice and just go ahead and pay for it without questions?

I agree with the rest. I so loved the magazine and even signed my mother up to receive it over the years. Friends and I use to get together to discuss the great suggestions. However, I to will not PAY for the magazine. It was great while it lasted.

I can't believe that Kraft actually wants to charge people to advertise to them. I have also gotten this magazine free for years but NO WAY will I pay for a corporation to advertise to me. I will miss it!

I do not plan on paying the $13.98 for a year. They don't say how many issues. I guess we are paying for the "free" cookbook. I see some are saying it cost only 6.99 for a year which sounds better to me but still high for advertisements.

I also will not be paying for the magazine. I have been getting them for years and can not begin to imagine how many Kraft products I have purchased as a result. Just another greedy corporation who doesn't care about their loyal customers. I will not pay for them to advertise to me.

This is so sad. What has this world come to. I guess it's true nothing is ever free. It was good while it lasted, but I will no longer be purchasing Kraft products.
