I think the logistics involved in such an endeavor would be mind boggling. People are allergic to so many different foods.

The only ones that are common allergens are wheat, eggs, nuts, and shellfish. So, you can just not make any recipe with those things in it.

If you are allergic to less common things like polysorbate 60, nitrites and salt...I think you pretty much can't eat anything here.

It would be awesome if Kraft allowed a place to enter foods a person is allergic to and eliminate (or offer substitutions for) those items.

I have found that adding recipes from my recipe box to my shopping list is better than using the Express checkout. If I like a recipe in the Express checkout, I add it to my recipe box. When I'm ready to go shopping, I add it to my shopping list from there.
