"The recipe swept the country, and soon Kelloggs was selling precrushed corn flakes in little boxes in the baking goods aisles of all the major supermarkets".
Under the Panko brand, right?

> Is this a breakfast or dinner recipe?
Dinner, of course. If it was breakfast, the salmon would be on a bagel, with cream cheese, a slice of bermuda onion, a slice of tomato, and some capers.
Corn flake coating goes all the way back to the fifties, when Kellogg's supplied a recipe for coating chicken with corn flake crumbs and baking it in the oven rather than frying it, in a television commercial. The recipe swept the country, and soon Kelloggs was selling precrushed corn flakes in little boxes in the baking goods aisles of all the major supermarkets. This eventually led to the development of shake and bake, and the rest is history.

Why are there corn flakes on this fish? Is this a breakfast or dinner recipe?
And, I agree that that is too long to cook salmon filets unless they are very big. Like from a giant mutant salmon or something.

jjboy502:
Are the 1/2 cup amounts correct for the paprika, cumin, and garlic powder --seemed like a lot.
Otherwise, the recipe sounds great!

Here is a recipe i created that will blow your mind. It is so simple and so good.
6 4oz Pieces of Salmon 3 cups of Kellogg's Corn Flake Crumbs 1/2 cup of Paprika 1/2 cup of Cumin 1/2 cup of Garlic Powder 3 Table Spoon of Salt
- Put all your seasoning ingredients in a bowl and mix them. - Place the salmon in the seasoning until fully covered by the crumbs - Place each piece onto a greased pan - Bake for 40-45 min at 400 Degrees -ENJOY!
Leave the top off if you want it crunchy and on if you want it soft. (Crunchy Recommended)
