Sounds a bit like what they used to feed us in prison.

What I do is saute garlic in olive oil, throw in some red pepper flakes, dried oregano, a little white wine and some broccoli florettes. Toss it around a little and add a few cans of chicken broth. I then toss in some linguini.
Kind of like a noodle bowl.

It's healthy and only takes 10-15 minutes!

Hot Dogs are a good way to go. I like this recipe because it's a salad and hot dog in one. http://www.kraftfoods.com/kf/recipes/recipedetail.htm?recipe_id=52394

quick and easy meals???

Hello,
I'm always in a hurry to get dinner done for me & my husband. We both work full time jobs and its hard to make meals that take longer than like 30 min or so.

Heres 2 recipes we love that are quick & easy I hope you all will enjoy them as much as we do!!

Tuna Casserol

you need:
1 can of tuna
1 can cream of celery soup
1 box mac & cheese
bag of potato chips

preheat oven to 350
make mac & cheese as directed on the box
once its done mix in a large bowl the cooked mac & cheese, tuna (drained) and cream of celery soup. Mix well and put in oven safe glass pan. Crush the potaoe chips and spread over the top until you cover it all.
Put in oven and bake for 30 min

Bubble pizza

you need
pillsbury rolls
can of pasta sauce
cheese
toppings of your choice

preheat oven to 350
pull rolls apart and fit together tightly on a cookie sheet. (Depending on the size of cookie sheet you want to fill will depend on the amount of pillsbury rolls you will need)
You want the whole cookie sheet to be covered with the rolls tightly so the sauce wont leak out.
spread the pasta sauce over the rolls & sprinkle with cheese.
If you choose to do chicken or hamberg cook before you put on pizza. We usually fry up some peppers & onions first then top the pizza

Cook for 30 min & enjoy!!!

These meatloaves are awesome!!!! It doesn't take long to make and there's hardly any ingredients. That's where I find recipes to be a pain; all the ingredients. All you need is the meat, the stuffing and the water. You can add whatever else you choose. I always use garlic powder and garlic salt and just random spices. These are fast and delicious!
