Substitute applesauce?

I don't like applesauce in brownies...Just make the full fat version and have less....Portion control is the key to sensible eating and keeping your weight under control...

Go buy some applesauce. I agree with Mrs. R. Prunes are gross......not to mention the after effects!

Are you trying to make low fat brownies? If you can't use applesauce, perhaps you can use soaked, mashed dried fruit of some kind. My husband's mother uses prunes but I think that's a little gross.
