There's a Pina Colada jello flavor.. it's white I believe.

I would probably use plain gelatin. Since the flavored has sugar you will need to compensate for that and if you want lemon, I would add lemon juice which isn't very bright at all. Most of the recipes I've seen using plain gelatin mixed with other ingredients calls for about 1 Tablespoon.

In re: an old recipe called a ribbon salad--layer of red jello, middle layer, layer of blue or green jello. The middle layer calls for lemon jello, cr cheese, cool whip and pineapple. I'm finding that today's lemon jello makes this layer too yellow. I want a layer that is white and one that won't slide apart--other recipes on this site are either only ice cream or only cool whip.

Solutions, please!
