vegan recipes

Ha! That's hilarious :^O

If you want the same kind of texture without the cheese, I think you'd have to use tofu. If not, you can use all kinds of veggies -- eggplant, spinach, mushrooms, zucchini. I've even heard of vegans putting refried beans in veggie lasagna, but that sounds awful to me.

vegan recipes

I'd like to see more ideas on using vegan ingredients. Does any one have a recipe or a few for making a tasty meal like done over lasagna or baked raviolis, without cheese.
