i do mine at 350 and don't time them:(, I stir them after a few minutes and bake untill light brown and crisp.

Thanks, for your help I'll remember that what temp and how long do you roast your seeds for? I home school 2 of my kids, and I think that would be a great science project for them.

I love to bake pumpkin seeds, I like to put a little garlic as well as the salt on them and bake them untill there crisp, that way, you can eat shell and all. But any eatable seed can be roasted/ baked like that.

Is it possible to roast squash seeds like pumpkin seeds? Would you follow the same receipe for pumpkin seeds?
