Please bring back the Seven Seas Creamy Italian salad dressing. I called Kraft Cust Serv (1-800-323-0768) and asked that my disappointment in the discontination be passed on to the Marketing Dept. I was told that there wasn't enough demand. My reply was that there was not enough supply! I always bought the stock out any time I could actually find the product.

My opinion is not worth much, I'm sure, but I'm very unhappy with this decision by Kraft.

Please please please bring back Seven Seas Creamy Italian. I've been using this dressing since I was a kid over 30 years ago, and use it on everything! Obviously from these boards, you can see how many people truly love this dressing, and that there isn't any suitable substitute.

Please bring it back...i am having some shipped from a friend in Texas (the Kroger brand).

Kraft, are you reading these message boards?? We don't like the funky stuff you have out there now posing as Creamy Italian. What can we say/do to convince you to bring it back????????

Missing the good old-fashioned yellow stuff,
J in OK
(there aren't even any Kroger stores here! Help!)

My whole family, their friends, and I have been using this dressing for years. I never remember any other dressing in my house. We have actually asked our friends from other states to see if they still have it in their grocery stores. There is not substitute for this dressing. Please bring it back or sell it in bulk so loyal customers can still purchase and enjoy this dressing.

I recently purchased the Kroger Creamy Italian Dressing. Not Bad! :) Here is a comparison of the ingredients. The Kroger Brand has 120 Calories as compared to the Kraft Seven Seas which has 90 calories. Tastes and Smells similar, less expensive than the favored Kraft Seven Seas brand.

Kroger Ingredients: SOYBEAN OIL. WATER VINEGAR, HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, SALT, SUGAR, CONTAINS LESS THAN 2% OF DEHYDRATED GARLIC, ZANTHAN GUM, PROPOLENE GLYCOL, ALGINATE, DEHYDRATED RED BELL PEPPER, POLYSORBATE 60, SPICE, CARAMEL COLOR, LEMON JUICE CONCENTRATE, CALCIUM DISODIUM EDTA (TO PROTECT FLAVOR) YELLOW 5 RED 40

Kraft Seven Seas Ingredients: WATER, SOYBEAN OIL, VINEGAR, SALT, SUGAR, CONTAINS LESS THAN 2% OF DRIED GARLIC, XANTHAN GUM, POLYSORBATE 60, SPICE, CARAMEL COLOR, CALCIUM DISODIUM EDTA AS A PRESERVATIVE , YELLOW 5 RED 40

I am in disbelieve that Kraft would discontinue a product that people have used and loved for years. Kraft cramy Italian dressing is terrible. I would hope you will listen to the people that buy the products and bring this back.

In the mean time I will be purchasing Kroger brand, it is the next best thng until you come to your senses.

There's no substitute for Seven Seas Creamy Italian - I'm with others, I'll just stop buying Kraft dressings. Everyone has a dressing that tastes like the zesty Italian - guess I'll have to make do with an original ranch variety. Please bring it back!

Studies show that 99.9% of children served auto parts at mealtime fail to reach their full growth potential ... or anything else.

LORD HELP ME! MY KIDS WONT EAT VEGETABLES ANYMORE! How could you have done this to me! WHY WHY WHY? Who would make such an insane decision as to remove Creamy Italian from the Seven Seas line and replace it with a horiffic imposter? Aside from your Italian....isn't it the top seller? Is there a warehouse somewhere where I can buy the discontinued product by the pallet to at least get my kids through college and reach their full growth potential.

Please email me when you comet o your senses and put it back on the shelf.

PS- The Kraft version tastes like the umper of my old 57' chevy.

Bring it back!! I, too, have searched all over the US for this product! Why do they discontinue the BEST?? I would also pay extra to purchase it.

>Yeah, except for the fact it's nothing like that.

. . . meaning that the shortage is a created one by the oil companies, likewise in the case of the salad dressing, a shortage as created by the Kraft company!

I live in a rural area. If I am in town, I conserve by planning my errands to save on gas and time. There are several stores close enough to check without wasting any gas on my way home. When I am not going into town, my husband stops at a grocery in another town in between his job and our home. Yes, I have enough sense to call places to check on orders I have placed before I venture out to waste a trip or gasoline. Sometimes when you are already in town, it is more economical to stop at a store you are passing anyway to get to your home. Things are not always the way you think they are. Taking care of the environment is close to my heart. Back in the 80's, I wrote a song Warren County Blues, which was recorded to raise money here locally to protect our water supplies from the only hazardous waste landfill in the state in which I live. I moved here from the city to find a pure environment to raise my kids and found I lived one half mile from the place. :(

So you actually contributed to the gasoline shortage, wasting gas driving around for salad dressing. You know phones? You can call places and ask instead of killing the environment and wasting gas driving around.
