Like it freezes? Or just congeals?

The water comes out of the pasta and it becomes hard again. Like everyone else already said. Moisten it and heat it. This will return the moisture to the pasta. 'revilize' is rehydrating the pasta.

Can you wet it up with the sauce or do you have to use water?

I have noticed that at some pizza/pasta places they have the spaghetti noodles already cooked. They throw them into a frying pan with some sauce and saute it until hot. Ive tried this with cold spaghetti, threw in a little water to wet it up, works great.

Could someone tell me what "revilize" is? Does it mean to heat-up? I never heard that term used in cooking, or anything else.

Do you mean JUST the pasta, or have you already put sauce on it?

Plain, cooked pasta can be dropped into boiling water for a couple of minutes and it is as good as new, but if the sauce is already on it, I suggest that you add about a tablespoon of water, stir it up, and use the microwave.
