Hi dfriez,
Welcome to the message boards and thanks for your loyalty to Tang! If you give me your zip code, I can ask a customer service rep to see if there are other stores in your area that carry Sugar-Free Tang. (The reps have a better tracking system.)

I just did a product search on your site for sugar free Tang, and there is not a store with in 5 miles of my suburban DC MD home that carries it. Safeway used to carry it, but I have not been able to find it recently. I then searched for a store with 10 miles, and only Wal Mart came up. I refuse to shop at Wal Mart, so this is NOT an option. I'm trying to diet, and sugar free Tang has been a part my my dieting routine for 20 years. I started drinking regular Tang as a kid, because the astronauts drank it, and it tasted great! Help! I need my Tang.

Hi Ninajune,
Sugar Free Tang is still available but under the new package name Tang with Fruitrition.

"Tang now has Fruitrition, a blend of selected vitamins found in fruit juice. Tang with Fruitrition provides 100% Daily Value of Vitamin C and is a good source Vitamin A, B2 (Riboflavin), B3 (Niacin), B6, E and Calcium per 8 fl oz serving."

Enjoy!

Has Sugar Free Orange Tang been taken off the market again? I hope it is just temporary. I was so happy when it reappeared on grocery shelves, as I am a long time low-carb dieter and sf Tang is the basis for my "almost Screwdriver" made with gin or vodka, club soda, and sf Tang.

Hi Martafio,
Tang is still available. You can find stores in your area by using our product locator. Here is the link:
http://http://www.kraftfoods.com/kf/Products/ProductLocator.htm

Just type in Tang Drink Mix and your zip code and it will show which stores in your area carry Tang.

I found that too until I tried using a mortar and pestle on the Tang. Then it mixed in fine. The vodka kills the aftertaste.

The sugar free type also doesn't mix with vodka as well.

Sorry Martafio. Kraft is no longer making Original Tang. Also, they are not sending calendars, making Postum, Oven Fry, Alpha Bits or Post Toasties.

I have used the original Tang for over 30 years. I am currently unable to purchase it in my area. Is it still being produced? The sugar free Tang is not acceptable as it leaves an aftertaste.
