Hello Tsandi22- welcome to the community!

Thank you for your interest in our products!

I am sorry to disappoint you, however Grapefruit TANG has not been available in stores since 1978.

If you need any help in locating one of our products, our product locator tool is available online (http://productlocator.kraftfoods.com/kraftfoods/productlocator.htm). We are also just a call away at 1-800-572-3820, if you have any additional questions.

Some years ago you also came out with Grapefruit Tang, and then it disappeared. I really liked it. How can I get some more?

Yes, I am only looking for the original Tang (not Fruition with the sugar substitute) in the larger 32 or 64 oz sizes since this is for a large quantity recipe. The Fruition just does not "cook" or "taste" the same as the original.

The only place near us we can find in more than 6 canister quantities is Target and they have run out in more than 5 stores.

If the Original Tang is no longer made, has anyone found any equivalent substitutes? Wikipedia mentioned a Puerto Rico factory - does anyone know the brand?

The Original Tang is gone. It has been replaced with "new and improved" Original Tang. This is not like the stuff we had as kids and is NOT the stuff that the astronuts drank. I have a drink recipe that calls for Tang and the "new" Tang is a poor substitute. Will probably never make it again.

Welcome to the community smurf120. =)

I checked the product locator and found it in a bunch of stores in my area. You can check to see where it is in your area.

I get one from WalMart that I believe is the sugar one. I think there are 2 kinds. One w/ sugar and one w/ the substitute.

If I'm thinking about the some tang orange mix you're thinking about Kraft still makes it.

I saw some recently at my local Kroger store on the beverage aisle. Too be honest I did not know that it was a Kraft product. When I saw it at Kroger I was surprised they still made it. My mother use to make tang for us when I was a little girl.

We use the original tang orange mix in one of our recipes but cannot locate it anymore. Does Kraft produce original Tang anymore (not the one with sugar subsitute)? If so, where can I find it?
