I always use 2% Velvetta and have never really noticed anything different as far as how it bakes up or melts.

Is there a difference in melting Velveeta 2% milk version and regular Velveeta for sauces and such? Also, do I need to add milk if I want to use the Velveeta as a topping for vegetables?
