The ones I saw were at Wal Mart. Again, I don't think you'll have any luck this time of year with them, but happy hunting!! I still like the idea of a chocolate covered marshmallow from a candy shop. Yummy.

I've looked for them before for wedding favors and never found them. Could you just use the individual cocoa packets w/marshmellows in them? No health dept issues do deal with then.

Okay, that makes sense. Here's an idea, although probably a more expensive one than you may want. Go into a candy store (we have Wilbur Chocolates here in Lititz) where they sell individual chocolate dipped marshmallows. Put those in the gifts with your other ingredients. That way the recipients get an extra touch of chocolate in their cocoa...

Otherwise I've never seen individually wrapped marshmallows. Wait...at Halloween there were hand out size packages of the jet puffed minis. I just remembered that. :^O Don't know how you could get you hands on any now, though. ?:|

I'm putting together some Tupperware gifts to sell with the makings for hot cocoa already inside. If I use already wrapped ingredients, I don't violate any Health issues with the Health Dept.

Now, do you know where I can find individually wrapped marshmallows????

You could buy regular marshmallows and hire a student to wrap them in plastic wrap for you. Make sure they wash their hands first. A student is cheaper because you don't have to pay minimum wage.

Why would you want to do that?
