They are frozen meals that's similar to Weight Watchers entrees. However, in my humble opinion I think South Beach is better.

I agree with you on the South Beach Diet Frozen Entrees they are getting hard to find.

The only two locations I've been able to find them is at Kroger and Wal-Mart, however both stores have such a limited supply on them, or an item has been markdown for discontinued.
