I used to buy the jell-o and pudding single serves and freeze them - then scoop out with a spoon. Not as good as the old school jell-o pops, but refreshing and low fat.

I think Popsicle brand is making these now. They are smaller - the size of a single popsicle, but they taste the same. I know I got some at my local Meijer last summer. Happy hunting!

Your supermarket should carry those plastic Popsicle forms - mine does. I used to freeze pudding in them all the time. I also froze different juices, chocolate milk, and soda. Frozen pudding was the kid's favorite, next was frozen grape juice.
