.
alot of white fish when cooked, wether fried, broiled or grilled, may have some "fishy taste" to them, if none at all. they are so mild in flavor. ex... cod, halibut, tilapia, grouper, to name a few...

I always use frozen fish. I am not a big fish person either but I do enjoy Talipia. What about other seafood? Shrimp is always very tasty!

I always buy frozen fish. Orange roughy, talapia, shrimp and mahi-mahi are my favorites. I've tried baked salmon before but thought it had a "fishy" taste but have grown to like grilled salmon. Always buy wild salmon b/c they have less mercury than farmed salmon.

Most "fresh" fish has been previously frozen, so it's actually better to buy frozen fish uinless you live on a coast.

I think the flaky white fish are less "fishy", like flounder or orange roughy. Also, the fresher it is, the less fishy it is - so always buy fresh when you can.

All fish tastes fishy. It's supposed to. That's what's so great about it.

Fish

I am not a fish lover but my husband is and has recently switched to a seafood/meatless diet. I am finding some great recipes for seafood on this website but I want to know what types of fish are more "fishy" and what aren't. There are so many to choose from at the store but I don't know which ones to try in fear that they will be "fishy" tasting. Help! I need a fish guide.
