Hi racegranny,
Welcome to the message boards! Unfortunately, I was unable to find any egg-free and nut-free cookie recipes on our site. I would like to recommend a website that my friend has found helpful. (She has 2 children with several food allergies). The site is kidswithfoodallergies.org. You need to register to have access to all the recipes but you can access some without registering. Here is a recipe for pumpkin cookies:

and here is a cake recipe my friend has made often.

If you do a google search on egg-free nut-free recipes, you will find many websites devoted to this topic.

Good luck!

Yummy Cookies

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 stick butter
12 oz chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup flour

Microwave milk, butter and chips, stirring until melted. Stir in extract and flour. Drop by teaspoonsful onto sprayed or greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Oatmeal Lace Cookies

1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup sugar for decoration

Cream butter, sugar and extracts until light and fluffy. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and oats then stir into butter/sugar mixture. Roll dough into balls about 1 inch in diameter. Place about 3 inches apart on greased or sprayed cookie sheet. Dip the bottom of a glass in water then in sugar. Flatten each cookie. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned, about 8 to 10 minutes.

I have a 3 year old granddaughter that is allergic to eggs and all nuts but she loves cookies so I'm trying to find some recipes that don't use eggs or peanut butter or any other nuts. Please Holp me.
