Found a new drink:
Pineapple Upsidedown Cake (shot) 1 oz Vanilla McGillicutty's 2 oz pineapple juice splash of grenedine Shake over ice and pour into tumbler
Or to make as a drink use 4 oz pineapple, grenedine and a splash of 7-up.
Didn't we used to have a lot more recipes here?

UGH!! That has got to be someone's idea of a joke! Not even if I were stuck outside in the dead of winter would I try that. Give me hypothermia (or straight vodka) instead.

Godiva white chocolate and peppermint is really good, I made those for Xmas eve last year. You have to make sure that you only add a splash of peppermint though, or you lose the white chocolate. The other drink I served was called a "white Christmas" and it's equal parts amartto, vodka, and heavy cream sprinkled with nutmeg. It's really yummy too.
