Corn, or some derivative of it, is in nearly every Kraft product. If you're trying to avoid corn products, you'd do well to avoid Kraft products.

What dishes can you make with no corn products, no garlic,and low cholesterol - I know turkey is supposed to be a good substitute and works for many simple dishes - but I would like to use more Kraft products - easy fixins fast. Thanks - Cornfree
